Beer Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz canned diced green chilies
  • 1/2 cup beer
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    Add butter and flour to sauce pan over medium heat and whisk until smooth
  2. Step 2
    Add mustard, salt, pepper, and mix
  3. Step 3
    Slowly mix in milk until smooth and thicker
  4. Step 4
    Whisk in beer
  5. Step 5
    Add cheese handful at a time and stir as adding
  6. Step 6
    Add green chiles
