Beer Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz canned diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup beer
Instructions
- Add butter and flour to sauce pan over medium heat and whisk until smooth
- Add mustard, salt, pepper, and mix
- Slowly mix in milk until smooth and thicker
- Whisk in beer
- Add cheese handful at a time and stir as adding
- Add green chiles
