Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 14 oz cole slaw mix
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp chives/green onions

Instructions

  1. In large skillet brown ground beef
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant
  3. Add the coleslaw, soy sauce, ginger and cook until desired doneness
  4. Make a well in the center of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble until done over low heat.
  5. Top with sriracha, sesame seeds and sesame oil
