Hot dog sauce

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients 9

  • 2 lbs chorizo
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 diced white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 bottle beer
LET'S MAKE IT

Instructions

  1. 01

    Brown chorizo and ground beef

  2. 02

    Add oil and garlic until garlic is fragrant

  3. 03

    Add onions and cook until starting to soften

  4. 04

    Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, and oregano and mix

  5. 05

    Add beer and mix well

  6. 06

    Simmer for 20-30 minutes on low

  7. 07

    Salt and pepper to taste
