Ingredients
  • 3 lbs chuck roast
  • Favorite rub/seasoning
  • 1 head of garlic roughly chopped
  • 1 white onion roughly chopped
  • 2-3 jalapeños roughly chopped
  • 18 oz beef broth/stock
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    Heat smoker to 275°
  2. Step 2
    Season chuck roast with favorite rub
  3. Step 3
    Smoke chuck roast at 275° for 2 hours
  4. Step 4
    In a slow cooker add chuck roast, broth, onions, garlic and jalapeños
  5. Step 5
    Cook on high for 4-5 hours, flipping once
  6. Step 6
    Remove beef and shred
