Shredded beef

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- Favorite rub/seasoning
- 1 head of garlic roughly chopped
- 1 white onion roughly chopped
- 2-3 jalapeños roughly chopped
- 18 oz beef broth/stock
Instructions
- Heat smoker to 275°
- Season chuck roast with favorite rub
- Smoke chuck roast at 275° for 2 hours
- In a slow cooker add chuck roast, broth, onions, garlic and jalapeños
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours, flipping once
- Remove beef and shred
