Ingredients
3 lbs chuck roast
Favorite rub/seasoning
1 head of garlic roughly chopped
1 white onion roughly chopped
2-3 jalapeños roughly chopped
18 oz beef broth/stock
Instructions
Step 1
Heat smoker to 275°
Step 2
Season chuck roast with favorite rub
Step 3
Smoke chuck roast at 275° for 2 hours
Step 4
In a slow cooker add chuck roast, broth, onions, garlic and jalapeños
Step 5
Cook on high for 4-5 hours, flipping once
Step 6
Remove beef and shred
